F-35 SITE ACTIVATION LEAD - SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Significant professional experience in program management, lifecycle logistics, or a related area. Demonstrated experience leading cross-competency teams to execute complex collaborative projects.

Proven ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and support strategic decision-making. Demonstrated experience leading a multi-national team while working with senior leaders, industry partners, and international customers. Demonstrated ability to make educated strategic decisions while managing competing priorities, deconflicting international demands, and delivering results in a complex organizational environment.

Knowledge of public-sector management principles, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver executive-level reports, briefings, and recommendations.
