F-35 SITE ACTIVATION LEAD - SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Significant professional experience in administration, management, program operations, or a related area. Demonstrated experience leading complex programs, initiatives, or organizational operations.

Proven ability to analyze complex issues, develop recommendations, and support strategic decision-making; Demonstrated leadership experience working with senior management, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Strong strategic planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a complex organizational environment; Knowledge of public-sector management principles, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making in matters of organizational importance. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and recommendations.
