Expression of Interest - Business Analyst

About this role

What will you do? Mapping and analyzing business needs and processes to support the development of digital products and data-driven solutions. Creating specifications for IT development projects, especially for digital platforms and data-centric features (e.g. user stories, use cases). Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to align requirements and expectations. Defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs to enable performance monitoring and continuous optimization of digital products/solutions.

What we are looking for? Experience in an IT Business Analyst role, ideally with exposure to data-driven projects or digital product development. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – capable of translating business needs into technical requirements and bridging the gap between business and IT. Solid understanding of data concepts – familiarity with BI tools, reporting needs, and data platform fundamentals.

Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and product managers. Knowledge of modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) is an advantage. Fluency in Hungarian and at least intermediate English proficiency , both written and spoken. Nice to have: Experience in supporting the end-to-end implementation of digital products and services — from initial concept through to go-live.
