Expert Modern WorkPlace O365 (H/F)

About this role

Context As part of the evolution and industrialization of the Scalian Group’s IT infrastructures, the Modern Workplace O365 Expert role aims to evolve, secure, and standardize the SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot applications within the O365 suite. Reporting line Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, within the Systems team of the Group IT department. Main responsibilities Based on an audit carried out 1 year ago by EXAKIS, and for each application (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot), the main responsibilities are: Audit of existing environments Inventory of SharePoint sites, Teams, and the Power Platform environment Analysis of usage and deviations/drift Identification of obsolete or non-governed environments Production of reports and recommendations Compliance remediation Clean-up of environments (deletion / archiving) Rationalization of collaborative workspaces Reorganization of SharePoint content Reassignment of owners Standardization Implementation of Teams and SharePoint templates Definition of naming conventions Structuring of environments Securing environments (connectors, governance) Harmonization of practices Lifecycle management implementation Definition of phases: creation, operations, review, archiving, deletion Implementation of automated processes (Power Automate, PowerShell) Management of retention periods and inactivity Monitoring of KPIs Usage governance Clarification of Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive use cases Control of environment creation Writing guides and best practices Define and secure the overall use of Copilot AI and Copilot Studio Administration / Run Lifecycle monitoring with KPIs Regular reporting Storage and capacity management (notably Power Platform Dataverse) Microsoft O365 technology watch Level 3 support Required technical skills Microsoft O365 SharePoint Online (Expert) Microsoft Teams (Expert) Power Platform gouvernance et administration (Expert) Scripting/Automation MSGraph (Expert) Powershell (Expert) Power Automate (Expert) Power Apps (Expert) Reporting Powerbi (Expert) Entra ID hybrid (Knowledge) Windows 11 (Knowledge) Desired profile Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in IT.

3 to 7 years of experience in a similar role within a Microsoft environment. Strong command of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management).
