Your Mission We are looking for a highly commercial, market-driven coins and bars expert with deep expertise in precious metals, bullion coins, and bars.

This is a fast-moving, high-responsibility role at the heart of a global market where prices, demand, and risks shift daily. You will be active in the coins and bars segment, constantly reading the market, reacting quickly to opportunities and risks, and maximizing performance. This role goes far beyond curation: it requires planning, trading mindset, pricing abilities and discipline, strong networks, and close collaboration with Sales and Marketing to drive sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do Own and grow bars and coins auctions Evaluate, curate, and structure lots and auctions, ensuring authenticity, strong commercial appeal, competitiveness. Actively manage auction quality, volumes, and pricing in line with fast-changing precious metals markets. Read and react to the market Closely monitor spot prices, premiums, demand shifts, geopolitical and macro-economic drivers. React quickly to opportunities and risks, adjusting auction strategies, volumes, and seller focus accordingly.

Trade with a commercial mindset Think and act like a trader: negotiate and maximize revenue while protecting buyer trust and platform integrity. Contribute to balancing short-term opportunities with long-term category health. Build and activate a strong network Leverage and expand your network of bullion dealers, traders, mints, banks, and collectors. Proactively onboard new high-quality sellers and scale existing ones, ensuring reliable supply and competitive offerings.

Drive growth with Sales & Marketing Work closely with Sales to segment sellers, onboard high-potential leads, and scale top performers and make sure we are delivering excellence to our customers through working with sellers. Collaborate with Marketing to plan campaigns, promotions, and content that respond to market momentum and buyer demand. Use data to maximize performance Analyze auction performance, conversion, pricing, and buyer behavior.

Use insights to continuously optimize submissions, estimated values, auction timing, and volumes. This is a role for someone who is commercially sharp, decisive, and comfortable with responsibility, operating in a category where speed, trust, and expertise are critical. What You’ll Bring You are an expert in modern coins, bullion, bullion coins, and precious metals, with strong knowledge of pricing, premiums, liquidity, and market mechanics.

You have commercial experience in buying, selling, or trading coins, ideally in fast-moving or price-sensitive environments. You actively follow precious metals markets and are used to making quick, informed decisions. You are highly results-oriented, motivated by revenue growth, volume, and performance. You bring a strong network of dealers, traders, banks, mints, and collectors, and know how to activate it. You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes while working within organizational frameworks.

You are confident collaborating with stakeholders to drive growth. You are data-driven and use insights to guide pricing, planning, and optimization. You communicate clearly and diplomatically, fluent in English. You thrive in a fast-paced, international, and diverse environment.
