About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. business immigration to join our growing immigration practice. The ideal candidate has direct experience preparing and managing O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions and is comfortable handling immigration matters independently in a fast-paced law firm environment. This is a fully remote position open to qualified candidates internationally.
Candidates must have excellent English communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage, but is not required. This role is particularly well suited for professionals who have experience working with U.S. immigration law firms and are looking to join a growing, technology-driven legal team. What You'll Do Manage business immigration cases from intake through filing and follow-up, with a particular focus on O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions.
Conduct thorough client intake processes, including initial screening, client calls, emails, and collection of supporting documentation. Prepare and complete USCIS forms and supporting documentation accurately and efficiently. Assist attorneys in developing strong petition strategies and organizing evidence for extraordinary ability, exceptional ability, and national interest cases. Conduct detailed legal and factual research related to business immigration matters.
Draft, edit, and proofread petition letters, legal briefs, support letters, cover letters, and other immigration filings. Review client evidence and identify missing, inconsistent, or potentially relevant information. Communicate directly with clients and provide timely updates regarding case progress and outstanding items. Maintain accurate client files, case management systems, records, and deadlines. Coordinate multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely submission.
Monitor case progress and USCIS developments relevant to assigned matters. Contribute to immigration-related blog articles and other educational content when needed. Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other members of the firm's remote team. Qualifications At least 2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. business immigration. Demonstrated experience preparing O-1, EB-1A, and/or EB-2 NIW petitions. Previous experience working in a U.S.
