Are you passionate about helping automotive companies transform commercially and operationally? At Implement Consulting Group, we're strengthening our automotive team and looking for an experienced management consultant with deep expertise in the automotive industry. What you'll do As an experienced management consultant in our team, you'll play a key role in helping automotive organisations navigate complex commercial and operational challenges, from go-to-market strategy to operational excellence.
Your work will include: Developing and implementing commercial transformation initiatives, from pricing to new go-to-market models Supporting supply chain strategy and network design work Driving operational excellence programmes that improve cost, quality, and delivery performance Designing and optimising go-to-market approaches for new products, markets, or business models Using data, analytics, and AI to improve decision-making Facilitating workshops and aligning senior stakeholders across local and global automotive accounts Driving implementation and ensuring sustainable operational improvements If you'd like to ensure commercial and operational strategies translate into tangible business impact for automotive organisations, our team could be just the right place for you.
What you'll bring We're looking for someone with 4–6 years of experience from a reputable management consultancy, and preferably 3–10 years’ experience within the automotive industry. Beyond that, the ideal candidate has: Proven expertise within commercial transformation, supply chain, go-to-market, or operational excellence within the automotive industry Experience working with senior stakeholders across both local and global automotive accounts Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills The ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation On top of that, you take ownership and thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
