About this role

To qualify at the GS-15 level: You must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience at, or equivalent to, the GS-14 level in the federal service directing, coordinating, and evaluating administrative management operations, such as human capital strategy, finance, facilities management, and resource allocation for alignment across a major organizational subcomponent and advising management on organizational policies, operational risks, workforce restructuring, or improved resource utilization.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps; AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skill and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Time in Grade: Federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements (one year at the next lower grade) by the closing date of announcement.
