JOB DESCRIPTION Job title : Executive Assistant and Projects Coordinator Contract : Part Time/4 days per week or full-time/5 days per week if preferable. Flexibility regarding working pattern. Permanent contract. Salary : Up to £25,584 (4 days per week) and £32,000 (full time) and depending on experience. Responsible to : Gestalt Centre CEO Location : Hybrid working, remotely and in-person at London Kings Cross.

ABOUT THE ROLE Purpose and Offer We are looking for a highly organised, people-oriented Executive Assistant and Projects Coordinator to support our CEO and the workstreams she leads. This is a varied and rewarding role combining executive support, project coordination, governance and organisational development.

Areas of Work and Responsibility Executive support to the CEO · Provide administrative support to the Gestalt Centre CEO, ensuring effective diary management, scheduling, and administration of commitments. · Organise and coordinate meetings, including supporting the drafting of agendas, collating papers and ensuring all necessary information is available in advance.
