The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and personal support to a High Net Worth Individual with international business interests and residences.
This role acts as a trusted central point of coordination across the principal’s schedule, travel, properties, household teams and personal affairs. What you’ll do Manage a complex international calendar, appointments, meetings, and personal commitments. Coordinate international travel, accommodations, transportation, visas, and itineraries. Anticipate the Principal’s needs and proactively manage changing priorities. Coordinate day-to-day administration across international residences and property teams.
Liaise with the Estate Manager, household staff, contractors, advisors, and service providers. Track property maintenance, projects, invoices, deliveries, and key deadlines. Coordinate personal events, dinners, special occasions, and lifestyle arrangements. Manage correspondence, documentation, expenses, and confidential records. Act as a trusted liaison between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain absolute confidentiality across personal, financial, business, travel, and property matters.
What you bring: 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, founder, HNW/UHNW individual, private principal, or family office. Experience managing complex international schedules and travel. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Comfortable coordinating across multiple countries and time zones. Highly proficient with modern productivity, calendar, and communication tools. Exceptionally discreet, proactive, resourceful, and trustworthy.
