We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO, our CFO and the extended Executive Team in a fast-paced international environment. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and combines calendar and travel management, event coordination, and project administration. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring smooth execution of key business activities and strategic initiatives.

About the Role: Manage complex calendars, coordinate appointments, and organize executive meetings. Arrange domestic and international travel, including bookings, itineraries, and expense management. Plan, coordinate, and support leadership meetings, workshops, and corporate events, including on-site attendance. Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and follow-up actions. Support business projects and special initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution.
