Start: As soon as possible | Level: Senior | Location: France, remote | Working hours: Full-time You drive the sustainable growth of our brands across international European markets. As our International Expansion Leader – Europe (gn) , you take ownership of our distributor network across France, the Nordics and future expansion markets. You build strong partnerships with distributors and retailers, identify new business opportunities and ensure that our brands are successfully positioned in local markets.
Working closely with our International Growth Team, you translate global strategies into local commercial success while empowering our distribution partners to unlock their full market potential. Your mission You manage and develop relationships with our third-party distributors across France, the Nordics and future additional European markets.
You identify, evaluate and onboard new distribution partners to support our international expansion strategy. You negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with existing and prospective distributor partners. You drive distributor performance by providing strategic guidance on brand positioning, product portfolio, pricing, go-to-market strategies and in-market activation. You build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers where appropriate and other relevant market stakeholders.
You monitor market performance, identify growth opportunities and create actionable recommendations to accelerate business development. You collaborate closely with the TQG International Growth Team on commercial strategy, product portfolio, pricing, in-market activation and other key growth initiatives. You analyse commercial performance and financial KPIs to support business decisions and ensure sustainable market growth.
You act as the central point of contact for your markets and align internal and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious growth targets. Your experience & skills You have 5–10 years of professional experience in international business development, distributor management, commercial management or a comparable role within FMCG, nutrition, food or consumer goods. You have successfully managed multiple international markets and worked closely with external distribution partners.
