About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Window Treatment and Drapes - Estimator to join our team. The position is for a company who provides premium custom window treatments, drapery, and shading solutions for residential / commercial / hospitality spaces. Requirements Technical Knowledge & Skills Required: Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient Strong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience 2+ years of construction estimating experience, with specific hands-on knowledge of drapes and windows.

Knowledge in Software tools: such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Countfire, etc. Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations, take-offs, budgets relative to all construction details Prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches Perform component-based material take-offs from prepared shop drawings Soft Skills Required: Professionalism: Professional attitude and ethical behavior Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate and convey information between expert teams Organization skills and attention to detail Prioritization skills: Ability to identify, establish, and assign prioritie Ability to comply when necessary; following orders or specific instructions if needed Desirable Knowledge & Skills: • PlanSwift knowledge or similar softwares.
