📋 Description Prepare detailed, accurate takeoff estimates for commercial projects, high-end residential builds Analyze project scope and technical drawings using past project benchmarks and established Work collaboratively with the owner to deliver estimates that meet company standards and quality Support shop drawing creation and technical design work Review architectural plans and identify alternative, more efficient estimating or execution Assist with day-to-day project management tasks and cross-functional operational needs 🎯 Requirements 3 to 15+ years of proven estimating experience in construction or metal trades Engineering background (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree) or equivalent Strong expertise in Division 7 work (waterproofing, metal roofing, exterior metal systems) or Hands-on experience with takeoff estimating, technical drawing analysis, and AutoCAD Proven track record in commercial projects along with high-end residential and custom home Exceptional, fluent written and spoken English communication skills
