About this role
Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: -Experience researching regulations and policies to address unique situations and make recommendations for resolutions. -Experience reviewing informal and formal discrimination, harassment and other complaints and conferring with all levels of command and management to resolve complaints.
- Experience analyzing data and information and recommending solutions to problems that adversely affect equal employment opportunities; and providing technical guidance and assistance in the informal complainant process to individuals. -Experience providing leadership, policy direction, implementation, and evaluation of the EEO program and managing the discrimination complaints process. - Experience developing, evaluating, and advising on statistical data related to the civilian workforce, individuals from different ages, races, and socio-economic backgrounds.
