Do not copy and paste the duties, specialized experience, or occupational assessment questionnaire from this announcement into your resume as that will not be considered a demonstration of your qualifications for this position You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Providing oversight of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) counseling, complaints management, investigation, and ensuring compliance with EEOC laws and regulations; Overseeing an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program and supervising staff; Coordinating internal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) counseling investigations, investigator training, case assignments, and work-product reviews and; Advising senior leaders on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and workplace-conflict matters and developing policies, procedures, and executive briefings.
