Epic Certified Product Manager

About this role

Owning and communicating the Epic Certified Product Manager capability roadmap, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage the backlog, evaluate patient journey analytics, and build data-driven business cases to enhance digital consumer experiences in healthcare. Key responsibilities Maintain a prioritized backlog that aligns technical configurations with consumer growth and patient access goals Identify digital friction points through patient journey analytics to optimize self-service and engagement touchpoints Collaborate with enterprise partners to ensure seamless integration of MyChart capabilities into the broader digital experience ecosystem Required qualifications High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable job-specific experience 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with Epic Systems and MyChart platforms Epic MyChart Certification or documented proficiency Understanding of digital product management methodologies and Epic Interconnect APIs/interoperability standards
