Enrollment Manager

About this role

Driving the strategy and execution of new referrals and enrollment processes, the full-time remote Enrollment Manager will oversee the enrollment team, cultivate relationships with stakeholders, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience for participants. Key responsibilities Leads the enrollment team to provide high-quality service to self-directing individuals and referring entities Generates leads and conducts presentations to drive enrollments and achieve company growth goals Ensures effective communication regarding enrollment status and provides training on GT tools to new participants Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required At least 3 years of related experience in enrollment or operations Extensive experience managing complex projects with strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Excel Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with diverse individuals
