We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that full-time employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
This in-office expectation does not apply to contractor positions About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to join our team. This hands-on role will play a crucial part in supporting the design, buildout, integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of our autonomous vehicle platforms and supporting systems. The role will include field based work in operational environments such as mine sites and quarries, including travel and periods working away from home.

At Applied Intuition, you will: - Support the build, installation, integration, commissioning, and maintenance of autonomous vehicle hardware and supporting systems. - Troubleshoot vehicle systems, electrical and computer components, communications systems, sensors, and localisation systems including GNSS, performing root cause analysis and calibration.
