Engineering Manager, Tech Foundations

📋 Description Define and execute the technical strategy for trust and safety initiatives, ensuring alignment with Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team. Foster a culture of innovation, and Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and partner engineering teams to develop Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery across the software development Provide clear communication of project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and Champion best practices for reliability, scalability, and incident response.

Maintain operational 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Overall 10+ years of industry experience, including 2–5+ years in engineering management. Proven track record of delivering large-scale, secure, and reliable systems. Strong experience in leading technical strategy and building scalable engineering, data, or machine Expertise in leading AI/ML teams and delivering AI-powered solutions is a strong plus.

Proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Ruby).
