Engineering Manager, Quantum Security
About this role
Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on.
So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us. THE ROLE As Manager, Quantum Security, you will build, scale, and lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to preparing Everpure’s™ flagship FlashArray and FlashBlade storage products for the post-quantum era. Operating at the intersection of software engineering, product security, and technical program execution, you will establish the team's operational model and lead a risk-based roadmap to remediate non-quantum-safe cryptographic usage across core platform layers.
You will act independently to determine methods, procedures, and cross-functional alignment across EMEA, U.S. and APJ engineering hubs while safeguarding your team's focus time. If you are a collaborative engineering leader eager to guide top technical talent through an industry-wide security evolution without needing to be the deepest cryptographer in the room, this role offers an extraordinary platform for impact. WHAT YOU’LL DO Build and Scale High-Performing Talent: Hire, mentor, and directly lead a dedicated engineering team of software and MTS engineers, establishing clear technical boundaries, ownership models, and professional development pathways.
Drive Cryptographic Discovery & Inventory: Lead the end-to-end audit and validation of non-quantum-safe algorithms, libraries, and implementation patterns across FlashArray and FlashBlade operating system and backend layers. Architect a Risk-Based Remediation Roadmap: Translate technical discoveries into prioritized remediation and upgrade roadmaps, managing dependencies, product impact, and execution timelines in collaboration with Core OS, Product Security, and platform engineering teams.
