About the role As an Engineering Manager at Reserv, you will lead a high-performing engineering team, driving the delivery of innovative, scalable, and reliable technology solutions aligned with our business goals. You’ll work closely with the Director of Engineering and other senior leaders to shape our technical strategy, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our engineering culture supports both growth and innovation.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution—you’ll mentor and develop engineers, optimize team processes, and champion a culture of quality, ownership, and customer focus. Your leadership will be essential in scaling the organization, enhancing technical capabilities, and making decisions that deliver meaningful impact. A partner to product, design, and business stakeholders—helping connect technical direction to broader company goals. A strong advocate for quality assurance through well-defined testing frameworks and code review practices.
Requirements 3–5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, with a track record of impact at previous roles. Professional experience as an engineer in at least one of our core languages or frameworks (or close equivalents), with the ability to engage in technical conversations at a high level. Strong familiarity with system design, software architecture, and devops practices; deep expertise in at least one area of the devops lifecycle.
