Employee Enablement Manager
About this role
About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and engaging Employee Enablement Manager to lead the design and delivery of training across the whole employee lifecycle – from a new starter’s first week, through the ongoing development of tenured colleagues, to building leadership capability across the business. Reporting to our CPO, this is a role with genuine reach and the freedom to shape how we grow our people. In this role, you’ll gain broad exposure across the business, partnering with department heads in every function and across multiple countries to spot capability gaps and turn them into training that works.
You’ll own our Learning Management System end to end, create the content that runs on it, and prove the impact of what you deliver. As you grow, you’ll have the freedom to shape your path based on your strengths and interests. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: • Deliver an engaging induction programme, running one to two weeks per month depending on business needs, so new starters understand our culture and values and can perform from day one.
• Design and deliver ongoing training for tenured employees past six months in role, including regular Lunch and Learn sessions and ad hoc training as new needs emerge. • Facilitate and assess our Leadership Programme across all cohorts, giving participants clear, constructive feedback and coaching them between modules. • Carry out accompaniments with office-based teams to observe, coach and reinforce learning in the flow of work.
• Design and create high-quality training content, materials and assessments that are accurate, on-brand and aligned to our values. • Own the Learning Management System – implementation, configuration, content and driving adoption across the business. • Measure the impact of training and report on learning outcomes, from induction completion and new hire ramp-up time through to LMS engagement and learner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leaders across the business to identify capability gaps and prioritise the training that supports business objectives. What We Are Looking For In You: • Experience delivering induction and ongoing training programmes, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. • Confident facilitation and presentation skills across both in-person and virtual sessions, with excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
