ELECTRONICS ENGINEER/COMPUTER SCIENTIST
About this role
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/13 grade level or NP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1) Developing real-time distributed simulations using advanced methods such as high-level architecture run time infrastructure (HLA/RTI), Test and Training Enabling Architecture (TENA) and distributed interactive simulation (DIS) protocols; 2) Developing graphical 2-D and 3-D advanced computer displays and animations using the C++ programming language and the Vulkan application programming interface (API); 3) Accurately performing real-time and post-processing of data from tests and experiments with electronic warfare (EW) systems and missile systems; and 4) Communicating effectively and efficiently orally and in writing.
