Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer whol will be a technical pillar and a subject matter expert in low/medium power electronics, analog electronics, and digital electronics.
Beyond technical execution, this role involves shaping the hardware architecture, driving complex technical decisions, ensuring design for manufacturability (DFM), and mentoring mid-level and junior engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who wants to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects from concept to mass production Responsibilities and Duties Leading the end-to-end development of complex digital, analog, and mixed-signal devices Architecting system-level hardware solutions and selecting key components based on cost, performance, and availability Designing multi-layer PCBs with a strong focus on Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMC/EMI compliance Carrying out advanced measurements, debugging complex hardware issues, and analyzing results using high-end lab equipment Developing Design for Testing (DFT) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines for new products Conducting schematic and PCB layout reviews for the team Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices in hardware development.
Qualifications and skills BS degree or higher in Electronics or related field 5+ years of experience designing products in the consumer electronics space Practical knowledge of analog / digital circuit design principles, component selection and cost-schedule optimization strategies Deep understanding of electrical engineering standards and specifications Experience in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions Working knowledge of designing mixed-signal hardware schematics and layout using CAD tools Experience with high-speed digital electronics design Experience working with power harvesting, low power electronics, and battery powered electronics Experience solving thermal design challenges and outdoor, weatherproof product design Design and troubleshooting skills for power electronics Understanding product tradeoffs in the context of user experience Good written and spoken English Nice to have DSP (Digital Signal Processing) or FPGA experience (Verilog/VHDL) Experience with Python or LabVIEW for test automation Familiarity with RF design basics or wireless communication modules (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa) Knowledge of thermal management in electronics.
