About the Job We are seeking an eLearning Production Specialist who works with the Exclusive Content Team to publish courses using OpenSesame’s eLearning authoring tool, Simon.
You will support the production of courses at every stage using tools like Google Sheets, Docs and Drive, 3rd party web services, AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, our Simon authoring platform, Slack, and Asana. In this role, you’ll apply your keen attention to detail by creating spreadsheets, organizing files and assets across projects and teams, working on multiple projects with different workflows, and always looking for ways to improve our processes.
You’ll also partner with publishers by providing training to empower their course creation. We’re a small and flexible team, so your ability to jump on copy-editing tasks, review videos and courses for quality, and write course content, including course descriptions and learning objectives, is highly valued. You’ll work collaboratively with other teams at OpenSesame. Performance Objectives 30 Days: Learn the tools and processes of OpenSesame and the Exclusive Content team, while taking on fundamental tasks in our course production process.
