We use RedTrack for attribution and we move fast. ABOUT THE ROLE You own the accounts. Search, PMax, Demand Gen — you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you report on it every Friday. No managment layers and, no hand-holding.

Direct access to the people who make decisions. This is not a digital marketing strategy role. You are in the accounts every day - double down on what's working and scaling profitable campaigns. YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON IF You are proactive — you flag problems before being asked and make decisions without waiting to be told You have managed $30K+ per month in Google Ads spend on DTC or ecommerce offers, US market experience preferred You use AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini — as part of how you work daily, not occasionally You have hands-on experience with RedTrack or a similar third-party tracker (postbacks, sub-parameters, offer-level tracking) You think in outcomes and managed budget, not years on a CV You understand that AI assistants are starting to shop on behalf of users — and you have a view on what that means for paid acquisition WHAT WE OFFER Fully remote, flexible hours — results over schedules A supportive team that genuinely wants you there Ton of analytical data to work with from day one Direct access to a developer and decision-makers No micromanagement, no endless email chains Performance bonuses tied to profitable offers, uncapped TO APPLY Send three things — no exceptions: A Loom video (1 minute or longer) walking through your background and one or a few succsful, scaling campaigns: decision you made, what data drove it, and what happened.
