Ecommerce & Merchandising Specialist The Ecommerce & Merchandising Specialist plays a key role in shaping the digital shopping experience for our consumers, managing online content and product availability, and driving sales performance across our D2C websites. Sales through our digital channels are a key part of SharkNinja's growth strategy, and you'll have the opportunity to build your career in a market-leading, innovative and fast-paced ecommerce environment.
The ideal candidate will bring ecommerce merchandising, trading and digital marketing expertise, alongside a deep understanding of online consumer behaviour. What you will do: Take ownership of all D2C merchandising activities across SharkNinja brands. Oversee planning and implementation of new product launches, digital promotional activity and pricing strategies. Ensure best-in-class digital content is presented across D2C websites, aligned with brand guidelines and consumer needs.
Optimise onsite category and product pages for sales and conversion, driving organic visibility, traffic and revenue growth. Lead SEO strategy and execution, optimising onsite content, product listings and site structure to maximise organic performance. Identify trading risks and opportunities, taking proactive action and communicating insights to the wider business. Report on website performance, analyse data and implement strategies that deliver measurable improvements.
