Your Responsibilities Managing and strategically developing our Polish marketplaces, including Allegro and Amazon Maintaining and data-driven optimization of our Polish online shop, including A+ Content and visual assets Regular analysis of sales, product range, and performance KPIs to derive actionable measures Developing and implementing market-oriented and margin-focused pricing strategies Planning and managing targeted marketing campaigns and sponsored ads in close cooperation with the marketing team Coordinating day-to-day operations and supporting customer service activities for the Polish market Your Profile Completed commercial training or a degree in business, economics, or a related field Experience in e-commerce, particularly on Polish online marketplaces Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong digital affinity and openness to AI-supported ways of working Fluent Polish and good English and German language skills, both written and spoken Strong analytical thinking and communication skills A team-oriented mindset and the motivation to actively contribute to WEICON's success Questions?
