About this role
This position is a 20h contract per week - starting from 4th of December 2026 to 18th of April 2027. 🎯Role: As a Resort Driver, you will be the face of our company—responsible for chauffeuring guests around the resort in luxury vehicles while also supporting daily resort operations. You’ll drive premium vehicles (VW Caravelle, Mercedes Vito, Land Rover), maintain them to impeccable standards, and assist with logistics, property support, basic IT troubleshooting, and snow clearance.
This role is ideal for a motivated, adaptable, and practical individual who enjoys working with people and being part of a professional, hands-on resort team. ✨Responsibilities: Guest Transportation Chauffeur guests between chalets, ski lifts, restaurants, and other resort destinations Offer a warm, professional, and reliable service throughout the stay Assist guests with luggage and ski equipment as needed Vehicle Maintenance & Safety Maintain vehicles in top condition inside and out Perform daily safety checks and prepare for winter conditions (e.g.
snow chains) Report and follow up on maintenance or mechanical issues Resort Logistics Support Assist with transport of staff, supplies, and equipment around the resort Support smooth guest changeovers and logistical tasks during busy periods Respond to last-minute logistical requests with flexibility Property & Technical Assistance Provide basic tech support in properties (Wi-Fi resets, streaming device setup, etc.) Perform light maintenance tasks (bulb changes, simple repairs) Report larger issues promptly to the chalet or maintenance team Snow Clearance & Chalet Access Clear snow from driveways, entrances, and steps to ensure guest safety Maintain de-icing and snow equipment in good working order Monitor weather and act proactively to maintain safe conditions Team Collaboration Work closely with other team members: hosts, chefs, managers, and fellow drivers Communicate clearly and help coordinate logistics Show initiative and support team members across roles when required ⚠️ Schedules & specificities: Bramble Ski operates in accordance with Austrian labour law and applicable collective agreements..
Due to operational requirements, work on Saturdays and Sundays may be required, particularly during high season. Working schedules are organized on a rotating basis and communicated at least one week in advance, in coordination with the wider team. All scheduling complies with Austrian regulations on working time, rest periods, and maximum weekly working hours. Overtime is managed in line with Austrian labour law and applicable collective agreements and is compensated either through time off in lieu or payment, as legally required.
