The Position OPSWAT is a global leader in critical infrastructure protection — trusted by governments, defense agencies, and enterprise organizations across the world. Our Singapore office is a strategic hub for our APAC and global operations, and this role sits at the center of that growth. We are building — not inheriting. This is a hands-on Director role for a builder-operator who can architect a world-class supply chain capability from the ground up and run it with precision.
You will own the full picture: strategy, QA/QC, warehouse execution, vendor relationships, compliance, and team development. You Will Have the Opportunity to Build and Scale Supply Chain Capability Architect and implement scalable supply chain processes, systems, and vendor networks to support OPSWAT's hardware growth trajectory across APAC and globally.
Define the operating model — from sourcing through delivery — and build the infrastructure to sustain it. Hands-On QA/QC Leadership Lead quality assurance and control across hardware assembly, imaging, testing, and packaging. Ensure every unit shipped meets OPSWAT's functional, security, and branding standards — no exceptions. Warehouse Execution and Fulfillment Oversee daily warehouse operations: inventory control, ERP data accuracy, and end-to-end fulfillment workflows.
