📋 Description Own the growth thesis for 1Password's AI opportunities, covering the customer segments we target Form and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product usage data, partner input, and market Lead a weekly business review that brings the voice of the customer, field feedback, and product Identify what stops customers from adopting, and drive each blocker to a resolution with the Run the design customer program for new artificial intelligence opportunities, from selecting Act as the general contractor for each design customer: the single person accountable for getting 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including experience carrying a revenue or Experience owning the strategy for a new product area or market entry, and taking it from Experience working directly with enterprise customers on a technical deployment, as the person Experience building technology partnerships and integrations, including judging where a product Technical depth to hold a credible conversation with developers and security architects about how Demonstrated ability to build alignment across go-to-market and engineering teams toward a shared 🎁 Benefits Immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others) Generous paid time off Equity grant Participation in incentive programs Maternity and parental leave top-up programs Competitive health benefits
