About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Identify, design, and implement plans that will enhance the competitive posture and warfighting advantage of the U.S. Navy; 2) Identify, establish, and supervise Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) to develop concepts and campaigns to achieve stated objectives; 3) Execute the full range of supervisory and human resources functions for the Branch, including performance management, leadership and mentoring of assigned personnel; 4) Align performance expectations of each person with organizational goals, expected deliverables and timelines; and 5)Demonstrate ability to review, edit, and coordinate briefings and presentations for strategic alignment, analytic rigor, and functional consistency with objectives and campaigns.
