As Director, Operational Finance, you will be the embedded finance partner to a division’s CEO and leadership team: the person who knows the division’s numbers, helps leaders make better decisions with them, and makes sure what happens in the division is reflected accurately in company-wide planning. You will report to the SVP of Finance, with a dotted-line relationship with your division’s CEO & the Head of FP&A, and you will be working alongside the Corporate Finance team that runs central processes.
This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility and a clear path to growth within the organization. Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Partner with divisional leadership. Serve as the primary corporate finance and financial operations contact for your assigned division, working closely with the division CEO and the division executive team. Drive consistency across divisions. Translate corporate FP&A reporting standards into division-specific execution, so that definitions and metrics (for example, bookings standardization, ARR-related metrics, and margin expansion) are applied the same way in every division.
