About this role

Leading the recruitment efforts for Revenue, Marketing, and G&A roles globally, the full-time remote Director of GTM Recruiting will manage a team of recruiters, set hiring strategies, and ensure the organization meets its talent acquisition goals. Key responsibilities Lead and directly manage all GTM and G&A recruiters Partner with leadership to prioritize hiring needs and manage stakeholder relationships globally Develop and innovate recruiting strategies to achieve quarterly hiring goals Required qualifications 10+ years of GTM recruiting experience, including 5+ years in people management Experience recruiting across various GTM functions globally, with G&A hiring exposure as a plus Background in both startup and larger, scaled environments Data- and metrics-driven approach to recruiting Authorization to work in the U.S.
