About this role

QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level. Must have 3 years of specialized experience related to the duties above at a resort hotel or large facility responsible primarily for the lodging, dining and recreation of guests, size 500 plus guest rooms.

Must be highly skilled and knowledgeable in the maintenance and operations of the mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems associated with large hotels; and must have a proven record as an effective administrator who has directed work in resort hotel facilities as either a chief engineer or engineering director. Must be familiar with budgeting processes, engineering contract options and experience with a standalone engineering environment without support from other agencies.
