About the job Twilio is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to spearhead our Carrier Relations team across Latin America. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication services, driving a localized supply strategy, and fostering strategic partnerships with regional carriers. Working closely with cross-functional partners—such as Sales, Product, Commercial Legal, Regulatory— you will align market demand with local carrier capabilities to power Twilio’s growth in the region.
The ideal candidate brings a robust background in telecommunications, deep expertise in LATAM regulatory environments, and a track record of building high-performing teams. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of carrier relations specialists across LATAM, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and region-aware culture. Sales Alignment & Demand Strategy: Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to analyze market trends, understand customer demand, and co-develop country-specific supply strategies tailored to individual LATAM markets.
