The Director, Integrated Marketing is a critical leadership role responsible for driving marketing strategy and business growth across key global markets and business segments. You'll lead integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, generate demand, and deliver measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll translate market opportunities and commercial priorities into innovative, customer-focused marketing initiatives.
You'll oversee marketing performance and investment decisions, champion data-driven decision-making, and help shape the future direction of the business. Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the integrated marketing strategy and long-term roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and market opportunities. Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, providing guidance on customer engagement, market trends, and growth opportunities. Develop and execute marketing plans across multiple business units, industries, and international markets. Set annual and quarterly marketing priorities that support business goals and go-to-market strategies.
Leverage customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Drive measurable business impact through marketing, including pipeline growth, customer acquisition, revenue contribution, and brand engagement. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize return on investment. Translate performance data and market insights into clear recommendations for business stakeholders and executive leadership.
