Your core mandate is to run a high-performing infrastructure organization of 12 engineers—developing team leads, driving operational excellence and reliability, owning capital and operating budgets, and continuously finding opportunities to optimize cost, vendor spend, and efficiency—all while serving as a trusted infrastructure partner to peer teams in Network Operations and to Engineering. As the company grows, you'll modernize the technology stack and scale the team and its practices to match.
If you're an infrastructure leader who is technically credible with strong individual contributors, operationally rigorous, and polished enough to present strategy to executives, this role was written for you. What You’ll Do: Build and run a high-performing, distributed infrastructure organization of ~12 engineers, driving operational excellence, reliability, and accountability across all infrastructure services. Manage capital and operating budgets, own vendor relationships and contract negotiations, and continuously identify opportunities to reduce cost without compromising reliability.
