📋 Description Serve as the primary liaison between Zapier's India operations and global leadership Lead overall India operations, translating global strategy into local execution Serve as the senior-most site leader for all India-based employees Act as a statutory Board Director for Zapier India Ensure full statutory, tax, and financial compliance of the Indian legal entity Partner with Deloitte and internal finance on tax filings, audits, and transfer pricing 🎯 Requirements 15-20+ years of experience, including 5+ years in India site leadership, GM, COO, or Strong business acumen and ability to manage stakeholders in a global, matrix organization Strong knowledge of financial, legal entity, and statutory compliance, audit, tax, and transfer Strong people leadership and hiring instincts with experience in hiring, performance management Comfortable taking on statutory director responsibilities and signing off on board and compliance Ability to build positive working relationships and trust quickly with India-based teams and global 🎁 Benefits Offers Equity Offers Bonus
