At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it. The Director of Program Management, Global Events will lead the program management function within Kaseya's Global Events organization. This role owns how Kaseya's global event portfolio is planned, governed, resourced, and measured, turning strategy into an integrated, predictable, and scalable operating model across every region and event type.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Events, this leader will oversee the end-to-end program management of Kaseya's flagship conferences, regional events, executive experiences, customer and partner programs, sales kickoffs. The role leads a team of event program managers, sets the standards and tools they use, and connects Events with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Leadership, ensuring every program is delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact.
