About this role
Position Summary Reporting to the Managing Director, Global Development, Teach For All seeks a full-time Director, Global Development . This pivotal role will (1) manage a dedicated portfolio of donors across portfolios, (2) develop high-stakes communications for donors and prospects, and (3) ensure fundraisers are equipped with the resources and systems they need to execute against their strategy, directly contributing to the GD team's mandate of securing the necessary financial resources to advance Teach For All's mission.

About the Team: The Global Development team is responsible for inspiring a global community of supporters and ensuring Teach For All has the financial resources necessary to accomplish our theory of change. We work to catalyze a global constituency of champions who 1) provide financial support, 2) advocate, and 3) raise funds and visibility for the global organization as well as for network partners.
Responsibilities: As Director, Global Development , your key responsibilities will include: Portfolio Management and Donor Stewardship (50%) Manage a dedicated portfolio of funders (across corporate, foundations and individuals), cultivating these partnerships and developing tailored engagement strategies in collaboration with program and organizational leadership. Design and execute targeted monthly and quarterly engagement strategies that deepen relationships with existing donors and steadily grow their commitment.
Manage relationships with counterparts on the donor side, aligning funder priorities with the network's needs and safeguarding the organization's partnerships. Leverage global platforms, convenings, and gatherings, both internal and external, to cultivate donors. Collaborate with internal teams and national network partners to ensure partnership deliverables, grant reports, milestones, and stewardship activities remain on track.
