We are seeking a Digital Merchandising Manager to own digital content and merchandising across TikTok Shop UK, supporting day-to-day content updates while driving revenue growth through strategic campaign management, LIVE commerce, and optimisation of TikTok Shop operations This role requires a data-driven mindset, using insights from TikTok Shop platform tools to guide decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with local and global teams, LIVE agency partners, and affiliates to ensure our TikTok Shop presence is optimised, compliant, and delivering outstanding consumer experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a digital content and merchandising strategy, using a data-led approach aligned with business and trading priorities. Create, audit, and merchandise content to support product launches and trading campaigns Own day-to-day shop operations, including voucher/campaign set-up, promotions and pricing (couponing, discounting, bundles, seasonal activations), and platform policy updates — protecting ASP and margin throughout.

Own GMV forecasting for TikTok Shop, tracking actuals against forecast and flagging risks and opportunities. Manage and develop a direct report, setting clear objectives and supporting their growth. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to increase engagement, improve conversion, and optimise the consumer journey. Partner cross-functionally with DTC, Social, Category Marketing, Operations, and global TikTok teams to ensure smooth execution.
