📋 Description Technical Support, Maintenance & Development: CRM & Tool Operations, Core Web & App MarTech & Integration Management: Diagnose email, SMS, and calendar integrations AI Tool Integration: Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or Cursor to research, debug, and draft Workflow Automation: Integrate Claude connectors into workflows, agents, harnesses, and artifacts Communication, Handoffs & Guardrails: Provide clear written English, patient user support, and 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in technical support, web development, or automation Advanced Level of English (native like) Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React/Next.js, and Node.js Experience with browser DevTools, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication basics Familiarity with Git workflows, basic automated testing, terminal/Linux commands, application logs 🎁 Benefits Full-Time Remote (LATAM only)
