TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: MTQ#1 Describe your experience leading technical analysis, technical decision-making, or tactics development for naval Mine Warfare, Expeditionary Warfare, Subsea/Seabed Warfare, Autonomous Systems, or other complex defense systems.

Address how you applied engineering, scientific, systems-engineering, test, operational analysis, or sustainment principles to resolve a significant technical issue; develop, assess, or validate tactics; or transition a capability toward operational use. MTQ#2 Describe your experience establishing or improving a technical workforce-development approach for an organization or major technical function. Address how you used competency standards, qualification requirements, training plans, mentoring, succession planning, or workforce analysis to strengthen technical capability.
