Only the required 2-page resume will be considered. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQ): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications. TQ 1: Demonstrated executive experience directing the budget, accounting, and financial reporting operations of a large organization, including oversight of a grants and acquisition management function. This includes producing reliable financial statements, correcting deficiencies identified in audits, providing auditors the support needed to render an opinion, directing procurement and grants management support, and using financial information to inform major leadership decisions.
TQ 2: Demonstrated executive experience directing the design and improvement of financial systems and processes and overseeing an organization-wide internal control program. This includes working with technology and program leaders to produce accurate, timely information; directing risk assessment and corrective action across multiple units; and, for credit or loan portfolios, overseeing the estimation and reporting of expected losses or subsidy costs across systems and portfolio types.
