YOUR MISSION: Bring a strong strategic view and deep understanding of marketing in Europe (DACH region expertise is a strong plus).
Develop and execute the European regional marketing strategy, including co-marketing and partner marketing initiatives. Drive and optimize regional campaigns focused on lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness campaigns; monitor and improve them regularly. Own and manage the regional events calendar, including third-party conferences, co-marketing events, and account-based events from end-to-end planning to execution.
Take full ownership of the regional marketing budget planning and allocation, continuously tracking performance and adjusting investments for maximum ROI. Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to gather market feedback, align targets, and integrate field insights into campaign execution. Develop and own the global account-based marketing strategy, setting clear goals for pipeline creation, acquisition, and customer expansion.
Design, launch, and optimise integrated, multi-channel campaigns to increase MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline velocity, ensuring alignment with the sales team. Track, analyze, and report on regional marketing performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the global marketing and intelligence teams to analyze European market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine regional messaging and campaign strategy.
