The role supports Sales on deal construction and deal design strategy, coordinates Legal execution, partners with Finance on revenue recognition readiness, and turns pricing, packaging, and NPI decisions into field-ready operating process. Sitting within Revenue Operations, this role works across Sales, Sales Leadership, Finance, Legal, Deal Strategy, Systems, Order Management, Security, Customer Success, and Product / Packaging to make approval-ready deals faster and downstream defects lower.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Deal operations workflow and process Build the global deal operations workflow for intake, routing, approval readiness, SLAs, escalation paths, and exception handling. Own approval readiness in DealHub CPQ, including required fields, quote quality checks, approval context, discount rationale, and downstream handoff inputs. Maintain practical process documentation, templates, and decision rules so Sales can move standard deals through documented paths.
