DC Client Projects Manager
About this role
We’re recruiting for a DC Client Projects Manager to support the growth and retention of Legal & General Asset Management's DC business with onboarding of new clients and projects for existing clients, by providing a comprehensive service to clients and advisers using effective project management methodology, organisation and communication approaches. What you’ll be doing: Leading and providing full project management for client projects, producing appropriate documentation to demonstrate effective project governance.
Coordinating relevant teams by arranging project meetings, preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and documenting actions for agreed clients, trustees and advisers, primarily across onboarding and client change projects Supporting transfer processes, enabling clients to move assets into Legal & General Asset Management across DC workplace products and IOP activity as required Collaborating with DC Pensions Distribution colleagues to maximise new business opportunities, producing tailored project documentation, contributing to pitches, and attending tenders, beauty parades, and site visits Working closely with DC Workplace Operations, Communications, Legal and Change teams, leading project activities and supporting or managing workstreams as required Supporting effective communication across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity of roles and accountabilities, and developing and maintaining project plans Reviewing and enhancing project plans, transition process maps and templates, improving quality and efficiency, and maintaining real-time divisional MI via Salesforce Conducting post-implementation reviews, collating and sharing feedback, facilitating lessons learned sessions, and supporting continuous improvement and testimonial development Ensuring clients receive appropriate product information, providing clear explanations of documentation, implementing the distribution strategy aligned to target markets, monitoring sales activity, and identifying and escalating exceptions where required Who we’re looking for: Experience and knowledge of workplace pension product solutions and marketplace Demonstrable experience in presenting to external clients, trustees and advisers Excellent communication skills, the ability to articulate and convey information in a clear and compelling manner in writing and in person Professional qualifications or working towards them in relation to the role are desirable - Prince2 Practitioner or Agile PM qualification Ability to build good working relationships with professionals across the business, internally and externally Excellent attention to detail and focusses on improving business performance through exceptional content Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and to meet deadlines Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
