About this role

About the role The Data Solutions Specialist manages our customers’ variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions. This role acts as a primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and for global production locations for variable data-related information, ensuring smooth operations with online ordering, production, and information solutions. Key responsibilities Position Type: Hybrid (2–3 days remote per week) Manage customers’ variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and global production locations for variable data-related information. Coordinate closely with production locations, IT, and automation teams to ensure smooth operations with online ordering and production. Participate in end-to-end data testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer. Provide timely resolutions and updates to clients regarding ecommerce solutions execution and post-production support.

Required: Proven experience in data management or product development within an ecommerce or solutions environment. Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and English for managing client and internal stakeholder relationships Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of process automation and ERP systems. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian for managing client and internal stakeholder relationships.
